What we do
We sell plants! Our plants are high quality and are offered wholesale to the landscape professionals of SWFL. At Sky’s Farm & Gardens, we are proud of our part in Florida agriculture.
We maintain beautiful garden-like grounds that showcase the potential of our plant material in its mature form as part of a designed landscape.
The land on which the plant nursery operates was our family’s primary residence from 2008-2022. This farm-homestead has always been a venue to our loved ones. The grounds have seen endless number of Christmas parties, crawfish boils, and even four family weddings. Now, we no longer live there full time, but the nursery is still going strong.
Not long ago, we saw an opportunity to enter the realm of agritourism by opening our gardens for private events. It has taken a lot of planning to make this possible, but now it is time!
We want you to enjoy the beauty of Sky’s Farm & Gardens plant nursery as much as we do. If you are a host who lacks a venue, reach out today. Our goal is to see you gather in love and joy with your friends and family just like we always have.
Our History
In 2008, Mike Cintron moved his wife, Luellen, and two children, Angelina and Owen, to 7430 Musketeer Lane. Through integrity, hard work, and a Christ-centered focus, the family has seen many blessings. One such blessing was maintaining agricultural businesses on the property. For many years, we raised goats, pigs, turkeys, chickens, and even emus! Growing up on a farm-homestead was a beautiful childhood.
When they were not too busy being small business owners, Mike and Luellen were quick to invite loved ones over to gather. The Cintrons are SWFL natives from birth and have a ton of family in town. From small game nights, to 80 person Christmas parties, 7430 Musketeer Lane has always had an open door.
Eventually, the upkeep of raising animals became overwhelming and the Cintrons ventured instead to a plant nursery business. Thus, Sky’s Farm & Gardens was born. Named after our late Catahoula-Labrador, Sky, the nursery was a natural progression for Mike and Luellen as landscape professionals.
Despite moving to a new home in 2022, Mike and Luellen maintain the plant nursery and its beautiful showcase gardens. Now, we want to make our beloved homestead a place where others can experience the joy of gathering together. Come use our space to celebrate and fellowship with the people you love most.
